Inspired by a movie I like, Fury, it represents humanity. The movie emphasizes the atrocities of war, regardless of the country you fight for. Suffering is equal for all.

That sparked the idea to make a chair that is the same on all sides. If you flip the chair, you have to adjust the seating for the other side. I chose only one seat because most people are blind to the perspective of another, an isolated view.

In more detail, you can see that each side has a different color of stitching, reminding of the undeniable differences we do have.
